We have been going through a very tough cold spell for the Pacific Northwest. I notice it especially in how dry my skin has become and how often I reach for the hand cream.
It rained yesterday. Not a down pour but the typical Seattle drizzle and I was so happy to see the sky clear and feel the freshness of the moisture in the atmosphere. Hopefully we have returned to a more normal (if there is such a thing) weather pattern for a while.
Each year for the past six years I have chosen one little word to embrace and take note of in my life. This tradition has brought about more change and growth than one would imagine. I was a bit worried this year as it took quite some time for my word to find me or me to find it. Now that I have chosen it I am aware already of the difference it is causing in a very positive way. My word this year is BALANCE. The following two photos are of the cards I am using to remaind myself each month to concentrate on an area of my life which needs more balance.
The first page for this year is a poket page front and back and then a small insert that I made from the rest of a page I used for OLW that I will post after this. Followed by the first page for January. Project Life Seafoam edition just arrived and so they will be in the next few pages and through out the coming year.
